From January 28, 2023, Azal Airlines connects Urgench and Baku with a direct flight on an Airbus A320 aircraft once a week, on Saturdays. Urgench became the fourth city in Uzbekistan where Azal Airlines will start flying. Azal Airlines also operates the following scheduled flights;
from Tashkent to Baku - on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday;
from Samarkand to Baku - on Wednesday and Saturday;
